Beta Aesthetics is a project, based on Far Cry 1. The main idea is bring some vibes and atmosphere of the pre-release version into original game also with some improved vanilla stuff. It's not a whole restoration. It's a standalone modification.

Levels that have a big difference between the release and pre-release versions will be completely reworked. Those one that have minor difference will be edited slightly.

Using existing resources from various pre-release builds, changes (improvments) will be made to the original weapons, as well as restored the cutted ones (such as G-11, Barret M82, NTW-20, Handheld Mortar, etc.)

Some changes will affect both mercenaries and mutants. For mercenaries is cosmetic changes and restored cutted voicelines. For mutants - full rework such as remodelling, rescripting, etc.

The vehicle system have only visual changes mostly. But here is also some restored pre-release vehicles ;)
